Cold Sweats:

Pain:
Besides chest pain, pain or discomfort in the neck, jaw, throat, upper abdomen, or back is an indicator. This pain may radiate from the chest and can be a sign of heart problems, particularly in women.

Extreme Fatigue:
Feeling overwhelmingly tired or fatigued, even after adequate rest, can sometimes indicate heart failure or other cardiovascular conditions.

Oedema:
Swelling in the legs, ankles, feet, or abdomen due to fluid retention indicates heart problem, caused by the heart’s inability to pump effectively.
